Probably about 3 months is when i started noticing changes.

Just my own personal experience. I never noticed my abs before but recently took a pic on insta and my friends were like dang girl what do you do for abs and i was like seriously just otf forever. I ve been doing otf for 2 months going about 4 to 5 times per week. I signed up for orange theory s elite membership which means i get eight classes a month so i usually go twice a week.

Now let s talk about the real results that i have noticed after trying orange theory for a month. I was already pretty fit to begin with but now my butt and thighs are a little bigger by design and i can see my abs. I am generally a healthy eater so i tried to keep my eating on track during the month to give me the energy i needed to give my workouts 110. But i haven t lost much weight.

There are also options for four classes a month unlimited classes a month and packages of classes a ten pack a twenty pack and a thirty pack. Also i don t work for orange theory or get anything for this review though a nice new water bottle would be sweet. I definitely don t look put together. There are usually 2 3 blocks in a class so you end up getting a ton of different exercises in.
