Humans have approximately 500 600 lymph nodes distributed throughout the body with clusters found in the underarms groin neck chest and abdomen. The parts of the body where you can find lymph nodes are the neck the armpits and the legs among other different locations in the body. The lymph nodes of the lungs or lung lymph nodes which are located in and along the bronchus of each lung.
The truth is that lymph nodes are not glands. These organs are made up of numerous types of cells and tissues among these white blood cells and lymphoid tissues are more profuse. Throughout the human body there are about 500 to 600 lymph nodes which are disseminated widely in clusters mostly in the underarm neck groin chest and abdomen.
